Exchange and Return Policies

Exchange: If you are experiencing issues with a product you've purchased from us we will be glad to provide you with a free exchange within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we offer an exchange only if an item has stopped working. You will need to first send us the item (at your shipping cost). Upon receipt, we will send you a NEW unit at no additional cost to you.

Returns: We also offer a full, no questions asked, 30 day return policy. 

How do I set up an Exchange or Return: Please contact us at Customer Service for assistance for any of the above circumstances and we'll be glad to help you. Please make sure to have the following information so that we can look up your order and assist you more quickly: Your Name, Your Order ID, the Name it was ordered under if different, and the date of your order.
